- Permissions and registrations — when you need prior permission, who to contact (local body, forest department, river authority), and what to carry on the day.
- Logistics planning — equipment sourcing (bags, gloves, tools), waste disposal coordination with local municipal body, transport, and headcount management.
- Volunteer briefing — how to run a pre-drive briefing covering safety, zones, roles, and waste segregation protocol.
- Running the drive — zone management, incident response, documentation during the event.
- Closing the drive — waste handover process, headcount, debrief, and on-site photography checklist.
- Post-drive reporting — data to record, formats to use, and how to submit to Nadikosh or your NGO partner.
